Fairwinds Return Policy
Fairwinds CBD is committed to providing consistently high quality, innovative, and effective products to help improve your wellness and quality of life. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer and patient experience, and your satisfaction is our top priority. For some customers, our products’ effects are felt almost immediately; while for others, 1-3 weeks of consistent use may be needed before noticing a measurable effect. If you are taking the product for general wellness and preventative measures and are not targeting a specific ailment, you may not notice any particular effect, but that does not mean the product is not providing value. Much like with many daily vitamins and supplements, some products provide support but not necessarily a quantifiable short term effect.
If you feel a refund on your purchase is warranted, please contact our customer support department (within 30 days of receiving your product) at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide the support you need. To help expedite the return process, please have your order number and date of purchase available.
Please note that for all returns, tracking services of your return shipment must be used in order to verify successful return delivery. Fairwinds will not be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective upon the point of arrival.
Fairwinds only accepts product returns for products purchased directly through www.fairwindscbd.com. If you have purchased your Fairwinds CBD product from an approved reseller, please contact them for support. If a product is purchased and the order is then cancelled after the product has shipped, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be applied. In this scenario, the customer is responsible for shipping cost.
If your product is leaking or otherwise damaged due to shipping, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will provide you with a return shipping label, and will replace the item at no charge. All Fairwinds products are carefully inspected by our Quality Control department prior to shipping.
Fairwinds will cover all shipping costs on defective and/or damaged products.
Fairwinds products are not approved to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or ailment. If the effect of your purchase is not meeting your expectations or if you have questions regarding use and dosage, please contact us for support at: email@example.com. If a product return is warranted, Fairwinds will reimburse the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) as long as the item(s) are received within 30 days of your receipt.
If multiple units of a SKU are ordered, only one item per SKU will be accepted for full credit. A restocking fee up to 20% will be applied to all items returned in this scenario. We recommend trying a product to ensure your satisfaction prior to ordering multiple units.
Please note that Fairwinds is unable to accept returns based on flavor preferences. Our products are all natural and contain no sweeteners or artificial flavors, in order to further support your wellness.
Difference From Wasington Dispensary Products
For those who are familiar with our Washington State retail dispensary products, please note that Fairwinds CBD products, while similar, must be made with different potencies in order to be sold nationwide. Fairwinds CBD products cannot legally contain more than 0.3% total THC. Potency information is available on every product page; we cannot accept returns based on potency differences.
If you mistakenly ordered your product(s), we can accept unopened and damage-free products only. Fairwinds will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Reimbursements will be applied to the payment type used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after Fairwinds receives your return to appear on your credit card statement.
